I take pride in the environment I provide for you. I find it important for you to feel like you are working with a therapist who is human, which means I show up genuine and authentic.

Some of my areas of expertise include anxiety, adult ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, mood disorders, coping skills, emotional disturbances, eating disorders, family conflict, adjustment, life transitions, men’s issues, women’s issues, perfectionism, relationship distress, school and career issues, self-esteem, stress management, trauma, and post traumatic stress disorder.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to support clients with resolving distress, symptom reduction, and developing the skills needed to live the most fulfilling life possible. I have extensive training and certifications in exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP) for OCD, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). Additionally, I may include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, strength based therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma focused therapy.

Inside and outside of therapy, I am laid back (or at least that is my goal), funny, kind, and unfiltered. This is what you will see in session with me.

Some of my joys in life include my family, being outdoors, cooking, relaxing, the beach, music, and authentic connections.
