Welcome to Wellness Studio. I am so glad you’re here. Are you currently navigating something that interferes with your day to day wellness? Are you feeling “stuck” as a result of a past trauma or unpleasant experience? Are you so overwhelmed, that you feel you aren’t living life to your fullest potential? Are you currently living a life which does not align with your values, but it feels hard to create change? I get it. I understand how hard and messy life can be, which is one of the reasons why I became a therapist.

Whether you are experiencing a difficult transition, adjusting to new circumstances, experiencing relationship distress, feeling unhappy in your career, or suffering from symptoms due to a variety of reasons, I am here to help you navigate the turbulence. Through discussing challenges, and exploring where you are versus where you want to be, I will help you manage the complexities of life in a way which aligns with your values. Life is full of inevitable unpleasant experiences, and we will work together so you feel confident in being able to manage those experiences.
